It is possible to register a SIP handset or soft phone with iTest to enhance your testing procedure
Manual Calls
Once your SIP phone is registered you can select the supplier you wish to test from within the GUI and make a test call from the phone ensuring that the route has 2-way audio. As with an automated test, all audio and stats of the call are recorded and available in the iTest GUI.
Automated Calls
When performing automated iTest calls you can also select to have one of the calls connected to your SIP phone so you do not have to manually dial.
